Ski King is a downhill ski game. The player can choose between four means of transportation: skis, snowboard, tractor tier and little sledge. The player has to race as quickly as possible down the hill and at the same time avoid all of the trees on the hill. The game has 50 hills and for every 10 hills the player gets past they get an extra life. The hills are generated randomly so no race is the same.
Ski King is a fun freeware game coded by Scott Haag in 1996. The idea is simple: ski down all 50 hills in the game without hitting the trees. For every 10 hills you get past, you are rewarded with a new 'life.' A simple game with simple VGA graphics, but is a lot of fun nonetheless. Well worth a look if you like Ski Free or similar games. It's quite interesting how simple games can capture our attention for so long - perhaps that's why Atari games remain so popular even decades later. Anyway, this is yet another nice little DOS game that won't blow your mind, but will entertain you for much longer than you care to admit ;)
