Winner of the 2009 Independent Games Festival's Seumas McNally Grand Prize, Blueberry Garden is a unique title in which players guide a birdlike humanoid around a small, surreal garden. Created by Swedish game designer Erik Svedäng, Blueberry Garden most closely resembles a platformer with puzzle elements, but it features no dialogue, no cut-scenes, and no discernible objectives other than to explore the landscape and interact with a colorful and ever-evolving ecosystem. The player character has the ability to fly parallel to the ground, and eating various fruits gives it several powers that can be used to help navigate the landscape. The choices players make, and the skill with which they execute their decisions ultimately determines which of the two endings they unlock.
