Paradox Interactive's sandbox-style action-RPG series continues with the addition of firearms and explosives, a new multiplayer mode, and a setting based on Polish author Henryk Sienkiewicz's 1884 novel With Fire and Sword. A new emphasis on tactical sieges means gamers have a variety of options when attempting to take over a castle, including blowing up walls, bribing guards, or poisoning the food supply; and a new upgrade system lets players customize their towns and castles in more detail. Multiplayer fans can battle friends on 15 new maps, and the new "Captain Team Deathmatch" lets gamers control an entire squad of soldiers.
