Designed as a standalone expansion of Race 07: Official WTCC Game and GTR Evolution, Race On lets speed junkies re-create the 2008 World Touring Car Championship season, and offers gamers 16 new car models and a dozen different racetracks from around the world. The new vehicles include high-torque "Detroit Muscle" cars as well as a "Formula Masters" line of open-wheel racers, and the new tracks include five American venues, and seven courses from the Swedish Touring Car Championship. All told, Race On brings players 39 unique car models, over 450 potential variations, and 30 different racetracks with 17 alternate layouts.
